Conjunctions

This is one of those days when the Citizen carries a conjunction of items that all bear on the same thing. Today it's about affordable housing. The editorial page carries an opinion headed Use additional permits for workforce housing. On the letters page are two letters, themselves in conjunction, on the topic of disappearing trailer parks. And the Citizens' Voice, as always, is good for at least one or two comments on housing.

I started out writing a much longer posting on the subject, but it wasn't going where I wanted it to. I saved it as a draft and might still come back to it again.

Right now, though, I have to go and pay the electric bill, and to pick up the weekly papers. It's a great day out there. I might take a ride to the Harvey Government Center on Truman Ave. and have a look at the birds on the kapok tree.

Later.
