Crime Wave?

Tuesday, it was the Key West Superintendent of Public Works who was arrested. Yesterday, the FBI swooped in on Attorney James Kendrick, high-powered real estate and property rights lawyer closely associated with Pritam Singh, the Keys' most visible developer. Kendrick is attorney for Cortex Companies, developer of the Watermark project.

I imagine that others are looking over their shoulders, keeping a low profile, about now. I could be wrong, but I have a sense for these things. It takes two or more people to commit a conspiracy, or to commit many types of crime.
