I'm meeting Janet at the Green Parrot in about an hour for Rockin' Jake's New Year's Eve show. He'll be playing until 4 AM. We're planning on coming home right after midnight. There'll be one more show tomorrow afternoon. It's what Jake calls a 5 PM Breakfast.
You can check for us on the Parrot webcam. It appears to require Windows Media Player 9. That's not very web friendly, but I hear that it works. Jake says that he saw Janet dancing on the web cam a couple of times.
It's a fine way to celebrate, but we can't party like we used to once.
